As part of our ongoing commitment to Service & Support, Ascencia provides remote support to all its users free-of-charge for the life of their instrumentation. Remote support can be delivered via telephone, email or by remotely accessing users' computer workstations.

Ascencia utilises TeamViewer software to remotely access most computer workstations via a secure internet connection. Users must launch the TeamViewer QuickSupport application on their infringing computer, then communicate their ID and password to us for access.
